Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your profile settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported in-app.
Is there a free trial for Plus or Pro?
New users get a 7-day free trial when they first upgrade to Plus or Pro. Mega does not include a trial.
How do ticket sale fees work?
JibberJabber charges a 5% platform fee on tickets sold through the app. Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) are separate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your device settings (App Store / Google Play subscriptions) at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
